The staff who served us were kind. Magnificent location close to the main shopping street in Las Palmas. - Budget and quiet room with nice lighting around the wardrobe area and a double bed. - Incredibly nice breakfast. - Good service provided at this hotel. - Staying here for a cruise was fantastic, totally recommendable

the hotel is chic and clean, the staff are kind, location is excellent close to the main shopping street in las palmas. the room is fairly quiet, budget comes with the lighting especially around the wardrobe area and a double bed. the breakfast is incredibly nice with variety of things to eat and drink. the property provides a good service.

This hotel is amazing! The location is perfect, couldn't be better. It's very close to the beautiful old part of town and there are a lot of nice tapas bars nearby. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. The service from the housekeeping was exceptional, as they went out of their way to make our room look great every day. The room itself was spotlessly clean and had all the amenities we needed, from ironing facilities to air conditioning. The rooftop terrace was a great place to relax and enjoy a drink, and the bar had a good selection of cocktails.

I would highly recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Beautifully decorated hotel with spacious, clean rooms and modern amenities. Perfect location in the heart of the old town with authentic surroundings and easy access to public transportation. Some rooms faced the indoor space, which limited fresh air and allowed noise to carry from the common areas. Room assigned next to the breakfast area, resulting in noise from chatter, plates, and glasses.
